Mandan – Shiloh Christian topped the Bottineau Braves 73-62 in the opening round of the Mandan Holiday Basketball Tournament.
Jaden Mitzel scored a game-high 22 points to pace the Skyhawks. Macauley Young (14 points), Trey Brunelle (10 points), and Josh Lardy (10 points) also scored in double figures for Shiloh Christian. Senior Matthew Reep dished out a game-high 8 assists.
Seniors Ethan Hahn and Bailey Burcham chipped in 17 points a piece for the Braves.
Shiloh Christian will face the winner of Flasher and Hettinger-Scranton.
